The Technical Services Division is headed by Mr. David Livingston who began his career the Department on August 16, 1971. He has worked as a patrol officer, narcotics investigator, patrol supervisor, Service Division supervisor, property and identification section supervisor, and is currently assigned as the Technical Services Supervisor.
