The Non-Uniform Division is headed by Deputy Chief Michael Johnson. He was born and raised in the Lawton/Ft. Sill community. After graduating with a BS Criminal Justice from Cameron University he was hired by the Lawton Police Department in May of 1986. He has worked as a patrol officer, patrol supervisor, CID supervisor, Tactical Team Commander, and Watch Commander. He graduated from the FBI National Academy Class of 201 in June of 2000.
